This session’s talks will be:
- “Creating AAA Games As A Day Job” – Ralph Ferneyhough and Chris Payne of Traveller’s Tales.
- Kevin Moss will be talking to us about taking games and storyworlds across multiple media.
We’re holding this event in the cinema room in Porter’s in Cardiff. Arrive from 7.30pm and the talks will begin at 8pm and last around 45 minutes each, including Q&A sessions, with a short break between. Afterwards, we will undoubtedly be staying for a few drinks and you’re welcome to join us.
Ralph Ferneyhough and Chris Payne: With 25 years in the industry between them, Ralph and Chris have worked on more LEGO games than you’ve had hot dinners, having been with Traveller’s Tales in Cheshire since the early days of the company. They’ll be talking about what it’s like to work in the production cycle for a major studio. They’ve just launched our sister organisation GamesDev North Wales up in Wrexham.
Kevin Moss has been making websites and digital content for nearly 20 years and is founder of makeandsee.com a multi-platform R+D company working with LEGO and Intel.
